Beneath the Surface

along
the
edge
of
them and me
lies
agitation
depression
anxiety

beneath
the
surface
of
Him and us
lies
perseverance
protection
assuredness

I love this picture. It is absolutely beautiful. When I first saw it, it reminded me of looking at the beach sand, the wave having just retreated and left a shiny wetness and some pieces of weed and other treasures on the shore. Lovely. Thanks for sharing.

Sometimes I get fascinated with the idea of borders. And surfaces. I've been too superficial lately.
