Wounded Warriors

they come
wearing trauma
upon
their bodies
holding courage
within
their hearts
we listen
using silence
like
a pregnant pause
their stories
spill out
with
salty tears
until
the baring
of soul
gives
way
to
new
life

By Yvette Massey

Sometimes listening is all it takes to encourage healing.  Take time to listen to a lonely voice today!
